will be the last post in the series Making Web Sales with Flatsome. In this article, I will show you how to customize the display of products, checkout, cart, etc. for WooCommerce. Flatsome is a WooCommerce powered theme, so it will have an integrated theme for this sales plugin.
Customization for WooCommerce
Customizing the display of WooCommerce interface in Flatsome will include components such as: product category page, product page, account page, cart and checkout picture, etc.
Step 1: Edit store announcement : is a piece of notice that will appear on or at the bottom of the web page. Used for promotional announcements or new store activities.
Step 2: Edit the Product Category page : scroll down and select Layout for the product category page. Like whether there is a Sidebar or not, a left or right sidebar, etc. List Style is in the form of a matrix or a list.
How many products per page – Products per Page . Number of products per row on Desktop, Tablet, Mobile screens.
Next is to customize the Header section for the category page. You can choose transparent header and choose header background image. This image is used as the background for the main header, it looks quite nice.
Next is the display option for each product in the list.
Step 3: Customize the display of product page Product page :
Product Layout : select the display layout for the product detail page. For example, I choose Right Sidebar Small which is a side bar located on the right at the top of the product page.
Next is the custom Product Header which is the header of the product page. Just like the product catalog page.
Step 4: Customize the account page. You can edit the image for the title, the greeting when someone wants to log in.
Step 5: Customize Payment Icon. You can unhide icons, and move the position. This section tells customers how they can pay on your website. These icons will be located at the bottom of the website.
Step 6: Customize product photos. Used to resize and crop product images.
Step 7: Customize the checkout page . You choose the payment page layout as you like. For example, if you choose Focused , all the website’s content will disappear, only showing the payment page in the middle. You can also hide some unnecessary fields.
Step 8: Customize cart display . You can choose the Layout to suit the checkout page. You should choose Auto update on quantity change so that the cart automatically updates the price when customers add or remove products/quantity of products.
