Create a comment policy notice in WordPress
As I said above, creating a separate comment terms page will not be noticed by anyone, but if you integrate the comments when commenting right on the WordPress comment box, it will be much better. When readers comment, they will see those terms directly and their chances of applying will be higher. Let’s learn how to create a comment policy notice in WordPress.
First, if you are a programmer who knows a lot about coding, you can design templates directly in the interface you are using, but if you are not very familiar with code, you can use Plugins. With the Comment Form Message Plugin , it will help you create comment policy notifications in WordPress quickly and simply.
Like any other Plugin you first need to install the Plugin and activate it to use (refer to the article on how to install the WordPress Plugin with very simple methods).

After successful installation and activation, you will see a Menu named “Comment Form Message” in the “Settings” Menu, click on it to configure.
Configure the Comment Form Message Plugin
In the “Main tab” includes customizations related to content display
Content types: Customize the display of the Form including (Post: article, Page: Page, Media: Media).
Display position: Display position relative to WordPress comment form including (Above comment form fields: Appear in front of WordPress comment form, Below comment form fields: Appear after WordPress comment form).

Sitewide message: The content of the message displayed on the Form.
Show sitewide message: Whether to display the message on the Web page or not (Yes: yes, No: no).

Icon to display next to sitewide message: Display Icon on the message.

In the “Text and Background tab” edit the font display including Font size, Font color and background color of the Form.

In the “Border tab” edit the display of the form’s border, including color, border size, border corner ….

In the “Shadow tab” edit the Form display about the border shadow effect…

After completing the settings, please “Save Changes” and check the results.
