Add products to WooCommerce
Before adding products, you must add categories for products similar to adding Categories for articles. To add a category for a product, go to the menu Products > Categories . Then add a name, if this category belongs to any other parent category then you choose the parent category for it. You can also add Thumbnails for categories. Depending on the type of interface, this thumbnail is used or not.
Then go to menu Products > Add New . Then enter the Product Name and description for the product, this is similar to you writing an article.
Down to the product data section, I temporarily selected Simple Product for this product. Virtual and Downloadable Products are the markup that indicates this is a digital product type. It is used in case you sell digital products such as software, document files, etc. It will hide features such as shipping and add a download link to the product.
General Tab Configuration
Next in the General tab you enter the normal selling price for the product. If the product is on sale, enter the Promotion Price for the product. Then click Schedule and select the time to apply the sale. And then you choose Tax if you want to impose a tax on this product and choose Tax class for it (you created in the settings).
Next, in the Inventory section, you enter the Product Code used to distinguish the item. You choose Current stock status is in stock or out of stock or waiting for goods.
The next step is Delivery , you fill in the weight and size information of that item. Optional separate shipping class for the product (if any).

Products to motivate customers to buy more related products.
- Upsells: suggest related products that are better or cheaper than this product (shown in product detail page).
- Cross-sell : suggest related products customers can buy.

Advanced Section
In the Payment Notes section you add a payment note for this product. You can choose to Allow product reviews or not.
Below you add a short description for the product. This section will be displayed below the price of the product, so keep it short. Then select Product Category , add keywords for the product and set up Product Image . If you want to add images for products, you can add them in the Product Image Album section . These images will be displayed as slides. Then drag upwards and press the Post Product button.
Now go out of the home page and visit the Shop page we created earlier (in the WooCommerce configuration post), we will see the product just posted appear.
Click on the product name to view product details. You can try to press the Buy button and then go to the Cart page to check, and try to pay for this product to check if the pages you created in the configuration section work.
