OK. Without further ado, let’s start buying domain names here. 

First you visit the Namecheap homepage . Enter the domain name you want to register and press the Search button.

On the next screen, you will see a list of domains and their respective prices. Namecheap groups many domain names such as Popular, New, $0.88 domains.

Usually you choose a .com domain name. Because this is a popular and familiar domain name for users.

Click on the shopping cart icon next to the domain name you want to register. Then, click the View cart button to continue.

On the next screen, by default, Namecheap chooses a domain name registration period of one year. You also see Namecheap free domain protection for the first year.

Here, I have chosen to add an SSL service package. As you know, Google officially warns domains not to use HTTPS protocol.

Next, press the Confirm Order button to continue.

On the next screen, you have 2 options. If you already have a Namecheap account, then enter the account to log in. If not, choose Create An Account

Next, enter your contact information. After entering the information, click Continue .

The next screen is the Whois information. You can add more information if you want. If not, click Continue.

Next, you move on to the payment step. You can choose 3 payment methods as below.

Here I choose to pay via Paypal.

After successful payment, you will see the following screen

Now access your Namecheap account, you can register the domain name you just registered. Click Manage and you will switch to the domain management section. 

Besides, Namecheap also sends an email notifying you of your order details.
