If so, you have to install WordPress first, right?
To install WordPress you need an environment. The most common is that you buy a domain, and hosting.
But the solution is not very reasonable because you are not ready to have a real website running.
How about installing on localhost ?
It seems relatively confusing and complicated to those who are not IT savvy.
So is there any solution?
The answer is yes.
