Create Viettel virtual MasterCard at home
To create a virtual MasterCard, you first need to download the ViettelPay application from the App Store (if you use iOS) or Play Store (if you use Android) and register for any account and log in to it on your phone.

Press the Install button to have the app install on your phone.
