1: Installation: you go to Plugins => select Add new and then type the keyword “Code Syntax Block”:

2: How to use: after you have activated it, go to the article section and use it with the Gutenberg editor, note if you use the Edit Classic plugin you may not see the settings
of this plugin:

Here I try a php code:
+ Language : you choose the language that the code block displays.
+ Show line number: display the number of lines of code.
+ Title for Code block: Add a title for this code.
+ Global Color Scheme: select the interface for the code block.
