What is the running text effect?
A news list scrolls a continuous stream of information across the screen. They often display current news items, promotions, new products, sports results, etc.
They are a great way to display ever-changing news feeds. You will find that the news listings are quite informative in a limited space on WordPress.
For example, you can use a news banner to display your best performing posts, items on sale in your store, or any other information you want to highlight. .
Another way to display this kind of information on your website is to use a fixed floating footer bar.

How to Add Run Text Effect in WordPress
The first thing you need to do is install and activate the Ditty News Ticker plugin .
Upon activation, the plugin will add a News Ticker menu item to your WordPress admin area.
You need to navigate to News Tickers » Add New to add a new Ticker . Next, you can give this Ticker a name, banner text, and link .
For each Ticker , you can add as many Tick as the volume. These are separate pieces of information that you want to display, and each can have its own link. For example, for each of your Tick is the name and link for a promotional product.
To add a new Tick entry , press the plus button + at the top right of the current Tick . A new item will be added.
When you are done adding the Tick , you should click on the TICKER MODE tab . Three different marking modes are available: scroll, rotate, and list.
Scroll and rotate modes
Scroll mode is always the default setting because it is the most commonly used. The rotation mode is another good option if you want to show one code at a time.
The settings on the rest of the page allow you to tweak the behavior of Ticker . You can configure the scroll speed and direction, override the default banner size, and choose the distance between each Tick .
The plugin generates a shortcode as well as a PHP function for each Ticker you create. You can add the shortcode to a post, page, sidebar widget, or you can directly insert the PHP function into your theme.
After inserting the shortcode or PHP function, you can visit the website to see it in action.
