Do you want to change email in WordPress?
By default, WordPress uses the first email address you provide as the admin email. It is also used as the email address of the first admin account.
Admin user’s email address is used to recover forgotten or lost wordpress password and notify about their account.

I will share with you 2 ways to change the admin email in WordPress:
Method 1: You go to ‘Members’ and then select admin, click ‘Edit’ and change your email, click ‘Update Profile’.
Then WordPress will now send a notification to the new email address. The user needs to click on the link in the email to confirm the change of email address.

Method 2: Change Admin Email via phpMyAdmin
If you have access to the phpMyAdmin database , first go to the data table of the web and then find ‘wp_user’ (note that wp here is the prefix it can change differently, for example. : hw_user).
Go to the admin, click edit, then edit the email, then save the changes

Some errors can sometimes interrupt the email sending process in way 1, so you can customize using the 2 methods above.
