You probably already know Contact Form 7 is a fairly simple contact form plugin that is used by many wordpress websites. If you do not know about it, please review the article Create a contact form with the Contact Form 7 plugin !
However, basically, CF7 has a bad point that it only sends customer input information via email to the administrator, but cannot save it to the website database for easy management. This is quite inconvenient in managing customer contact information, as well as aggregating reports. Fortunately, many people have realized this inconvenience, and developed supporting plugins, typically Advanced Contact form 7 DB developed by Vsourz Digital .
What is Advanced Contact form 7 DB?

Advanced Contact form 7 DB . User Manual
First, you must install Advanced Contact form 7 DB , by going to the menu Plugin > Install New and find the plugin with the keyword “Advanced CF7” and you will see it. Install and activate it for use.
After the installation is complete, a new menu will appear, Advance CF7 DB. Clicking will bring up the interface of this plugin. In the Select Form name section , choose which form you want to see the data on. Here I choose the Contact form created in the previous post. It will immediately appear a list of contacts that the customer has sent, including all the information contained in the contact form. However, it doesn’t look very good, because the column headers it displays as id. I can edit it by pressing the Display Settings button .
Then you edit the names for the ids for easy identification. Note:
- Show record: the amount of content displayed on each page.
- If you want to hide a certain column, click the eye at the end of that line.
To export contact data, for archiving purposes or to do some reporting, you can select contacts. Then the Export to section selects one of 3 file types: CSV, Excel or PDF. Here I choose to export to Excel.
As soon as you select the file and press the Export button an excel file will be downloaded to your computer. You open it and decorate it a little more beautiful and save it or send it to your superiors to report.
